How to read it
Every land location is ranked 1–100 against its own climate record. The comparison is always local, so a hot day in Reykjavik and a hot day in Riyadh can both rank at the top.
The three variables
Max temp: 1 is hottest, 100 coldest. Min temp: 1 is coldest, 100 warmest. Rain 7-day: 1 is wettest, 100 driest. Temperatures are yesterday's observations; rainfall is the 7 days to yesterday.
